Becky Sexton, Twin Lakes Environmental Services, LLC
Becky Sexton founded Twin Lakes Environmental Services, LLC. The organization specializes in writing manure management plans (MMP) and comprehensive nutrient management plans (CNMP) for producers. These plans ensure environmentally sound agricultural practices and manure applications are in compliance with all state and federal regulations. With 11-plus years of industry experience, she has more than 600 clients across the state of Iowa. 

Mitch Bambauer, Bambauer Fertilizer & Seed, Inc
Mitch Bambauer is location manager and agronomy representative at Bambauer Fertilizer & Seed, Inc. in Jackson Center, Ohio.  He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), and the fourth generation involved in their family agri-retail business.  For the last five years, Bambauer has worked with third party researchers to conduct product trials and collect local data significant to his growers.
