A quality crop, an appreciation for the land and love of family paints the story of Shane Louderback and his farming operation. Louderback took after his father and began farming 15 years ago in Wilmington, Ohio. He hopes to one day share the operation with his son, which consists of 150 acres of soybeans and alfalfa-mixed hay. With Louderback’s passion for the land, he consistently seeks out new ways to improve his fertility mix, increase crop yields and leave the ground in better condition than when he received it.
